Join one of the Chugach Forest Youth Conservation Crews and spend a day building new trail near Rocky Creek. Meet at the US Forest Service Kenai Lake Work Center (Seward HWY Mile 23.5)at 9:30 am. Register through Alaska Trails and get your list of what to bring (tools and safety gear provided): http://www.alaska-trails.org/current-volunteer-events.html  

In addition to a ribbon cutting, there will be a celebration and public event at the Seward Harbor. Andy and Rachael plan on attending.
