Thursday May 30^th:

Morning–Travel to Denali

Afternoon—Check in at Alaska Geographic Store for welcome packet and self-guided orientation to education and retail operations in Denali

5:00—meet at the MSLC building for tour of the campus and reception with the NPS at the Center

Dinner on own, with suggestions given for groups heading to restaurants

Night at Denali Park Village Lodge, camping, or elsewhere on own

Friday May 31^st

Optional morning hike guided by Alaska Geographic education staff

Noon: bus and Alaska Geographic van to Camp Denali

Afternoon and evening—key stops along the road to Camp Denali may include Teklanika Field Camp, Toklat store, picnic dinner at Igloo, Eielson Visitor Center behind the scenes tour with NPS

Evening cocktails and settling into cabins (no dinner at camp)

Saturday June 1^st

Spouses on own for the morning, possible short excursion with Camp staff, and option to join FC on afternoon excursion.

Morning meeting with Board of Directors and Founders’ Council

Afternoon Board Meeting, FC have option of leaving on excursions with Camp staff

Group dinner and cocktails

Evening activity TBD

Sunday June 2^nd

Excursions into the park led by Camp Denali staff (encourage mixing of board, FC, agency, and staff)

Dinner together as a group

After dinner social and wrap-up discussion—what’s next?

Monday June 3^rd

Early morning departure on Camp Denali buses

11:00 ETA at park entrance—return home in carpools or on own.
